Time to make my eyes bleed
So I have decided to put myself to the test, after 12 years, put my boots and bergen back on and go for it and do a 10k boot run with weight.This is to raise money for Combat Stress and my brother's out there struggling.
It affected me massively and without my family I can confidently say I wouldn't be here today, but some are not as lucky as myself.
I am going to push my body to the limits and train to really smash this to show how important this cause really is and how it saves the lives of veterans that pushed themselves to limits that really do put your physically and mentally at true breaking point.
I would appreciate all your support and generous donations to veterans that really need this help to get them back on top and through day to day life, not just for them but for there loved ones.
