Why I’m Taking on the March for March Challenge

This March, I’ve decided to take part in the March for March fundraising challenge -  a personal commitment to move more, push myself, and raise money for a cause that genuinely matters to me.

Like a lot of people, I’ve had moments where motivation hasn’t come easily. Life gets busy, routines slip, and it’s easy to put yourself last. This challenge felt like the right time to change that - not in a dramatic, overnight-transformation way, but in a steady, intentional one. Showing up every day, even when it’s hard, feels important.

March for March isn’t just about the steps or the distance. It’s about consistency, resilience, and doing something positive with your body while helping others at the same time. Knowing that every walk contributes to raising awareness and funds gives this challenge a deeper purpose - and that’s what’s driving me.

Over the Month of March, I’ll be tracking my progress, sharing honest updates (the good days and the tough ones), and reminding myself why I started when motivation dips. I won’t be perfect, but I will be committed.

If you’re able to donate, share, or simply cheer me on, it truly means more than you know. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for supporting something that I’m really proud to be part of.

Here’s to putting one foot in front of the other - every single day

Support my March in March

This year I will be taking on March in March to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking on March in March to help take vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Thank you so much for your support and together we march!
