Mission combat stress

As the son of a former paratrooper and proud 
I have decided to run from the home off the British army Aldershot to the home  off the Royal Navy Portsmouth  in aid of combat stress for our hero’s who have struggles in and out off there regiments 
I have guided my friend who was in the army and discharged from his regiment because off his sight loss on 4 London marathans so far  
This is my first ultra marathon on my own with out my friend and companion and will be a surreal and an emotional journey , but from my heart for all serving and ex serving military personnel 
Every penny donated no matter how small large will be greatly loved and going to a well deserved charity 
My family and my dad will be on my mind pushing me from start to finish

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
