Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking on March in March to help take vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

PTSD

Wednesday 6th Mar
Following my 12 years service in the Armed Forces, and having served in Bosnia, Northern Ireland, and Iraq among others, I have been diagnosed with complex PTSD, and recently received help from a fantastic group called 
OP Courage.  Following my diagnosis and seeing first hand the help that is out there for service men / women, I wanted to give something back.  I have signed up to march 10miles in march to raise awareness and funds to help fellow veteran men / women struggling with PTSD.  The money raised will go to a charity called COMBAT STRESS and will go directly to them by donating on my page.  They are helping people on a daily basis who truly struggle with mental health issues which have been brought on by action / actions whist in service and desperately need help, or in some cases just need someone to reach out to.  Please, please help me, help them by donating whatever you can to this truly amazing charity COMBAT STRESS by donating on my page no matter how small, it will all make a huge difference.
