This year I will be taking on March in March to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
I’m taking on March in March to help take vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Another week, another long marchSunday 21st Mar 4 hours and 9.4miles of hillwalking with husband and dog this morning. Blisters and exhausted legs. Determined next week to add a final lap around the car park to achieve a full 10miles in one go. Thanks to all my donors for your support. Share

Early bird supporters get me trainingFriday 19th Feb Thanks to my early bird supporters. I feel inspired to get training and try to do my 10 miles all in one go. Last week did just under 5 miles so need to get out again this weekend! Share
