I am fundraising for Combat Stress

I have signed up to a Charity ride for Combat Stress from Manchester Cenotaph to London Cenotaph – roughly 220 mile over 2 days

There are roughly 25 from Thales joining and Thales will double the amount raised with a target for the team at £10K

 

I have not done a proper (50mile)  bike ride for over 10 years now so a bit out of shape with only doing my commuting and Tesco runs.

If I survive a few training runs and I raise enough money I may consider doing it on my Brompton fold up bike. Otherwise it will be on my vintage (+25 years) aluminium bike.
