What is it I am doing and why?
This year I will be taking on March in March to raise vital funds for the charity Combat Stress. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and PTSD. Providing support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
I could choose how to complete my 10miles, running, walking, over split days…Of course I haven’t gone for an easy option. Which to those of you that know me well is no surprise. I have decided I will be running my 10miles in one go, across the rather stoney terrain of Southsea beach!..
