In March, I’m taking on the Combat Stress March to raise money for veterans who are struggling with their mental health.
After serving in the military for the last 12 years, leaving that life and transitioning to civilian world hasn’t been easy. Like many veterans, I’ve faced challenges adjusting to life outside the forces — losing the structure, the identity, and the close-knit support that military life provides. It’s a transition that isn’t talked about enough, and one that can take a serious toll on mental health.
This challenge is personal to me. I know first-hand how isolating that struggle can feel, and how important it is to have access to the right support at the right time. Too many veterans fight these battles alone.
By taking part in this march, I’m hoping to raise awareness and funds to support veterans who need help with their mental health — so they know they’re not alone, and that support is there when they need it most.
Any donation, big or small, will help make a real difference. Thank you for supporting this cause and for standing with those who have served.
Support my March in March
This year I will be taking on March in March to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
I’m taking on March in March to help take vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.
Thank you so much for your support and together we march!
