Let's go help me hit my target!
This March, I’m taking on the Combat Stress “March in March” challenge — and I’m doing it my way.
Every Sunday in March I’ll be walking 10 miles with a 40lb rucksack, through forests and hills. Not for fitness. Not for bravado.
But in memory of all those who lost their lives to the battle with mental health — and in honour of those still fighting it every day.
There was a time I came very close to not being here.
Because of Combat Stress, and after 14 months of treatment, I’m still standing. I’ve a little way to go yet, but I truly believe I’m walking out the other end now — and I wouldn’t be without them.
So I’m asking anyone who knows me, supports me, or believes in this cause:
👉 Please donate whatever you can.
This charity genuinely saves lives. Mine included.
Thank you in advance to every single person who helps — whether that’s with a donation, a share, or a word of encouragement.
It all means more than you’ll ever know.

Support my March in March
This year I will be taking on March in March to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
I’m taking on March in March to help take vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.
Thank you so much for your support and together we march!
