Join Team Combat Stress for ASICS London 10k! It's the fastest way to tour central London's famous landmarks from Piccadilly to Whitehall. The route races past Regent Street, Trafalgar Square, the Embankment, Westminster Bridge and Westminster Abbey.

We only have a limited number of charity places available, so join us today!

If you have your own place in the event, you can still join the team and receive the same support as our charity place runners! There’s no registration fee or fundraising target, just do the best you can and help make a difference to the lives of the veterans we support.

FAQs

Will I receive a Combat Stress running top?

Our charity place runners will receive a Combat Stress running top when they reach £100 of their fundraising target.

Own place runners will receive one when they have raised £150.

Is there a cut-off time?

There is a cut-off time of 1 hour 45 minutes for each runner. After this time any runners on the course will have to move onto the pavement. 

Can I change my time slot for starting?

No, you must follow the timeslot that is assigned. This information will be shared in the weeks leading up to Asics 10k along with the start location.

How old do I have to be to take part?

The minimum age is 16, as long as you are 17 on or before 31 December 2023. 

When will I recieve my events pack?

Your event pack will be sent out by the event organiser in the 2 weeks prior to the event. 

Are headphones permitted?

The organisers welcome you to wear headphones but recommend running without so that you can listen for any instructions from route marshals and soak up the atmosphere. 

How can I find out my finish time?

Event organisers will text and email you your finish time, as well as provisional results being avaliable via the tracking link on the Asics 10k website.
