"Hi, my name is Paul Barton and I am an Iraq & Afghanistan Veteran that serviced with '1st Battalion The Staffordshire Regiment' and '3rd Battalion The Mercian Regiment' 2003-2013

Earlier this year I tried to take my own life after a complete and utter mental breakdown on 21 Feburary at 5pm, a day and time I will never forget as long as I live. Combat Stress supported me throughout these hard time and set me on the road to recovery. Without their support and care pacjage I would now be dead, simple as that.

Only two months after the event, myself and my good friend Luke Cope decided that it was time to give a little back as a thank you to Combat Stress"

This fantastic trek isn't the end for this outstanding duo, as they are set to take on yet another challenge in aid of Combat Stress! On 08 July from 4am, Paul and Luke will be taking part in an 100-mile in one day bike ride!
