Meet Alexis, Jake and Jake - three 12 to 13-year-old Cadet's who are taking part in March in March this year. The three of them are being super proactive with their fundraising. They've put posters with QR codes and a collection tin in their local stores, as well as sharing their fundraising pages with family and friends.
When speaking about why they decided to take place in the challenge Jake said "I know how hard it is to access mental health services and how oversubscribed they are so this really struck a cord with me"
Their team, 'Legends to Be', are currently sitting second on our team leaderboard - even with only three of them in the team! This is absolutely incredible and is a credit to how much work these three have put into their fundraising.
The objective of March in March is to walk, run or roll 10 miles throughout the month of March. 'Legends to Be' are doing their walk all in one go. Not only this, but Jake has said that if he exceeds his personal fundraising goal that he will start to add extra miles to the march.
A huge thank you to 'Legends to Be' for all their efforts so far. They truly are an inspirational group!
