Combat Stress March – March Forward as One
In the UOTC, we’re taught resilience, teamwork, and to push forward together—especially when things get tough. But the hardest battles aren’t always physical, and they don’t always end when training stops.
This March, the Combat Stress March reminds us that mental resilience matters just as much as physical strength. Many who serve carry invisible weight, and acknowledging that takes courage.
Every step we take is a show of solidarity—with those still serving, those who’ve gone before us, and those quietly fighting their own battles. We march to raise awareness, to break stigma, and to prove that support is part of leadership.
March forward. Support your team. No one stands alone.
Support my March in March
This year I will be taking on March in March to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
I’m taking on March in March to help take vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.
Thank you so much for your support and together we march!
