I am raising vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
Serving for 10 years in the Royal Marines, I know first hand how vital this help can be!
I will be completing Ben Nevis, Scafell and Snowden in 3 consecutive days whilst carrying a grappling dummy weighing in at around an average person's weight. This is to signify the importance of having each other's backs in times of need and being able to carry them over the "mountains of struggle" in life.
