Please support my March in March

Yesterday, 29th March we completed our March-in March along  the Thames Path from Kingston to Barnes on Monday 29th March with a small team of supporters from Combat Stress in perfect weather albeit sore feet this morning!  It is a walk of nearly 10.5 miles and we completed it in just over 3 and a half hours.

Combat Stress are the UK's leading charity for veteran's mental health. For almost a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict. To cope with the current situation we are making ever increasing use of online therapy sessions which have  proved to be most beneficial and great boost to morale during the current Covid restrictions. March in March will help towards ensuring veterans can get the support they truly need. As a Royal Marines Officer who served for 31 years and as a Trustee of Combat Stress for over 15 years, I know only too well the devastating consequences of untreated high-end PTSD.

Thank you so much for all your support in helping me raise and exceed my target of £2000 - as they say the more the merrier, it will all be truly appreciated for this most worth cause. Overall this event has raised around £125,000 to date which is a great achievement.
