Get Involved: Community Run & Walk for Combat Stress – Sunday 29 March.
Momentum is building as we head towards Sunday 29 March, and there’s still plenty of time to get involved in our community run and walk in support of Combat Stress.
From now until the end of March, every mile I run is about raising awareness and vital funds for veterans facing mental health challenges. Now, I’m inviting the community to come together for one final push — and you’re all welcome to be part of it.
Why We’re Doing This.
Combat Stress is the UK’s leading charity supporting former members of the armed forces with conditions such as PTSD, anxiety and depression. Many veterans continue to fight battles long after leaving service, and this charity ensures they don’t have to do it alone.
By taking part in this event, you’re not just going for a walk or a run — you’re helping make a real difference to the lives of those who have served our country.
