March in March
Support my March in March
This year, I will be participating in March in March to support the charity Combat Stress. Combat Stress is a vital organisation dedicated to providing mental health support for veterans, helping them to recover from conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression. The charity works tirelessly to ensure that those who have served their country receive the psychological support they need to rebuild their lives.
As an Army Cadet instructor, pediatric nurse, and advocate for mental health and wellbeing, this cause is incredibly close to my heart. I believe that health and wellness should be considered essential for everyone, and access to mental health care is a fundamental part of this.
My aim is to raise as much as possible for this worthy cause. Specifically, I am striving to reach a fundraising goal of £120, which would cover the cost of one psychological therapy session for a veteran in need. Your support can make a real difference in helping someone take a crucial step toward healing and recovery.
Thank you for supporting me in this effort to make a positive impact on the lives of those who have served.
Together, we can help Combat Stress continue their invaluable work.
