Intent

I was expecting the tab yesterday to have a stronger hit on me today, after all I havent done a loaded march in years! So my intent for the March-in-March is to carry my old CFT weight (25kg) for the route.

Safety wise, as I'm doing a 5 mile loop, I'll be grabbing lunch and be able to a quick assesment at that point if i need to reduce the weight.

Training wise - Next week I'll be upping the distance walked to 5 miles (two laps of the local route), and then look at a weight increase.

2 Months to prep

Well here's where the foolishness starts I suppose!

It's about 2 months until my planned march up in Yorkshire and upon setting all this up I realise that I've not walked longer than 4miles or so in one sitting, in the last year.

Good thing I'm planning on being more active this year! Time to get tabbing.
