Month done...

Last walk today bringing up the 130 miles for March.
Made it up Norman's Law in N Fife along the way on sunday - the stick helped as the path got a lot steeper...

Week 3 (and a couple of days) done...

99 miles down after today's longer walk. Still 8 days left so looking to get past 120 miles for the month.
See if I can find another bench along the way...

Week 2 done...

Ended this week on 57 miles done.
Another longer walk and another bench - this time looking north over the Tay near Balmerino.

Week 3 beckons and expecting to get to 75 miles before friday. 100 is now very much in sight.

Week 1 done...

Ended the week on 29 miles done, with the first longer walk via Kilmaron Woods north of Cupar. The bench gave a nice view for a quick pause.

On to week 2 with the 100 miles target looking achievable.

Support my March in March

This year I will be taking on March in March to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I was lucky. In over 20 years as a Territorial I was never required to go on Ops, so it's time to put something back.

I'm aiming to do at least 75 miles across the month but will try for 100.

Thank you so much for your support and together we march!
