This March I will be taking part in Combat Stress March in March, by challenging myself to complete 100 miles in March.  Whether its walk/ tab or run, I will be helping to raise vital funds to support the charity. 

Combat stress provide specialist clinical treatment and support for veterans from the British Armed Forces, focusing on those with PTSD, Complex-PTSD, and moral injury resulting from their experiences during military service. 

Combat Stress is the UK's leading veterans' mental health charity, the work we do is life-changing and often life-saving.

I know that times are hard financially for everyone, but please if you could donate to this cause it would be greatly appreciated. No amount is too little, it's all for a tremendous cause and one that is close to my heart.
