Over half way through training for my ultra marathon

I will be completing the Trent valley ultra marathon 50km on the 16th May 2026, I am raising money for combat stress to help with mental health in ex military personnel after having lost 2 of my best friends to suicide 3 years ago within a week of each other who i joined the military with and multiple others i have served with since then who have taken their own lives.
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
I’m taking on vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.
