John’s March for March
This March, our Dad is taking on a powerful challenge — marching 10 miles with a weighted backpack to stand with those who carry invisible burdens every day. He’s doing it for Combat Stress, the UK’s leading charity for veterans’ mental health.
For nearly a century, Combat Stress has helped former servicemen and women face trauma, anxiety, depression and PTSD, reminding us that invisible injuries can be just as heavy as physical ones. This march is for every veteran who’s struggling — and for letting them know they’re not alone.
As an ex military veteran, this is a cause close to our Dad’s heart and any support, donations, likes and shares are really appreciated.
