Supporting Men's Mental health and Wellbeing

This year is a personal mission of mind to raise awareness on Men's Mental health and Well-being. I myself have had to live with the stigmatism, and often times just pretend that everything is OK when in public surroundings. Afraid to raise the fact that you're not okay and just needed someone to talk with and for them not making judgements, but honest in understanding and compassionate. It's isn't a easy task of course to ask of that person personally and sometimes daunting to even comprehend.
I have now got the support and medical help in combating my Mental health and wellbeing, thanks to the Charities involved and continuing support from Donors, Keeps a dedicated team available 24hrs, 07 days a week.
My personal goal at the end of this month March is to walk 10km,  and with your donations raise as much as possible to help support this charitable organisation and others doing their bid to support the cause.

Many thanks and Stay Safe,

Irwin Aisea.

Support my March in March

This year I will be taking on March in March to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking on March in March to help take vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Thank you so much for your support and together we march!
