Ex ENDURE 48

Welcome to Ex Endure 48

Ex Endure 48 is an endurance event being organised by members of 3Bn REME who are currently deployed in Germany and consists of the following:

Lt Davies (20Armd Coy, 3 REME)

Sgt Neilly (20Armd Coy, 3 REME)

Sgt Robinson (1 REME)

Cpl Stephen (18HQ Coy, 3REME)

LCpl Gurung (20Armd Coy, 3REME)

This challenge will see us undertake the David Goggins 4X4X48 challenge but with a military twist, this consists of a 4-Mile TAB with 15Kg, every 4-Hours, for 48-Hours, totalling 48-Miles.

This will be both about endurance as well as administration, having to fit in sleep, eating and rest amongst the many laps, going all throughout the day and night.

We are doing this in aid of Combat Stress, which is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict. We appreciate any and all the donations and support from those around us!
