22.35 Miles Down and Closing in on 100! -March 23rd

March in March – 22.35 Miles Down and Closing in on 100!
Another ruck in the bag for March in March supporting Combat Stress—this time a 7.6-mile ruck march with a 45lb Bergen at a solid 14-minute mile pace. That brings my total distance so far this month to 22.35 miles, and with additional walks, we’re approaching the 100-mile mark!
This one was all about maintaining speed while managing fatigue. Keeping a 14-minute mile pace with the extra weight was a challenge, but it felt great to push myself and stay consistent throughout. Every step is a reminder of the resilience we’re honoring and supporting through this challenge.
A huge thank you to everyone who has sponsored and encouraged me—your support makes all the difference. More miles to come, and I’m looking forward to keeping the pace strong as we push toward 100 miles!
5.25 Mile Ruck March with 45lb Bergen - March 9th

March in March for Combat Stress – 15 Miles Down
The March in March challenge for Combat Stress continues! After kicking off with a 9.75-mile ruck march on March 2nd, I followed up with another 5.25-mile ruck carrying the same 45lb Bergen. That brings my total distance so far to 15 miles—with more to come.
As always, I’m aiming to keep my pace under 15 minutes per mile. The extra miles are starting to add up, and while the weight is manageable, it’s a constant test of endurance and mental resilience. Every step is a reminder of why I’m doing this—to support veterans’ mental health and push myself in the process.
A huge thank you to everyone who has sponsored and supported this challenge so far! Your generosity and encouragement mean a lot, and it’s all going toward an incredible cause. Plenty more rucking ahead this month—looking forward to keeping the momentum going!

Support my March in March
This year I will be taking on March in March to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
I’m taking on March in March to help take vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.
Thank you so much for your support and together we march!
