Support my Race to Remember 9th November -76km

This year I will be taking part in Race to Remember and running 76km to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

It's a charity close to my heart as raises awareness of the importance of supporting those with mental health problems after serving our country. My Dad was in a pioneering team in the 80's and 90's that provided therapy for PTSD through residential stays within the RN. He was an amazing person and helped shape my career in mental health and enhance my awareness of mental health issues that affect so many people both serving and civilian.

Thank you so much for your support.
