My challenge

My name is Cieran, and I am an Army Cadet with the Argyll and Sutherland Battalion. This May, I will be taking on the challenge of climbing Ben Lomond while wearing my full cadet uniform and carrying my equipment.

I am doing this to raise awareness and funds for those affected by PTSD. Many service members and veterans face the lasting effects of trauma long after their service has ended, and it is vital that they receive the support they deserve.

Every step up the mountain will represent the strength and resilience of those living with PTSD. Any donation, no matter how small, will help support individuals and families who are facing these challenges.

If you are able to contribute, your support would mean a great deal and will help make a real difference.

Thank you for your generosity and support.

I am raising vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking on vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Thank you so much for your support.
