5 Weeks to go

Only 5 weeks to go now until  the big race, fundraising is going really well and I'm so grateful to everybody that has sponsored me.
Some big miles this week with a 9.5 mile speed session on Saturday and a 20 mile run on Sunday.
A half marathon race in Brugge this weekend to look forward to and the Langdale Marathon in 2 weeks as a final long 'training run'.

7 Weeks to Go!!

Only 7 weeks to go now until the big day.
The training is going really well, training 6 times a weeks and the long runs are getting longer.
Feeling fit with a few longer races planned in as preparation for the big one.
Fundraising is going really well and peoples generosity is overwhelming.

Training Underway

19 weeks to go and training is underway. 4 runs a week and 2 strength sessions to build upto the big day.

Support my Race to Remember

This year I will be taking part in Race to Remember to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking on Race to Remember to help take vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.
