Charlie ashman

Brief

Dear all, My name is Charlie Ashman and I am a student at Windermere School.
My father is a British army officer of 30 years And has served multiple tours in Iraq, Afghanistan and Northern Ireland. This cause means a great deal to myself and my friends who’s parents are also serving or former members of the Armed Forces.

Here’s the plan:

Complete a 10 Mile TAB ( hike) from Windermere school, via Dubbs reservoir, around the back of Wansfell Pile and down into Ambleside. Carrying extra weight is optional.

Support my March in March

This year I will be taking on March in March to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

This will include a 10 mile TAB ( hike with weight) around the hills of Windermere.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking on March in March to help take vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Thank you so much for your support and together we march!
