Update on Fitness for the big day
I’ve been constantly in the gym for 3 months now and hopefully my OTC can push me that extra mile.Support my March in March
This year I will be taking on March in March to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
On the 28th March I will be completing a 10 mile weighted backpack walk through Norwich and a few surrounding areas.
The route will be posted here and on my personal Facebook. Any donation is greatly appreciated towards veterans mental health.
If anyone would like to take part on the march, with or without backpack weight please contact me personally.
A little back story into me, I’m a student at UEA currently attending Cambridge University Officers Training Corp. I’m planning on joining the armed forces after graduation and the military is held close to my heart.
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
