Story Time!

Anxiety has been one of the biggest obstacles in my life, it has prevented me from doing so many things throughout the years and then that's lead me into depressions that are just crippling. 

But after having had enough of years of pushing my dreams aside because of it, 4 years ago I started my fitness journey by doing 10 miles in march in order to help other people with their mental health. 

Since I started that, my brother who also really struggles with mental health started doing it with me and we have both accomplished some amazing things. This year, in the run up to my run (hehe) I pushed through the biggest heart racing anxiety I've had for the past two years and I attended my first ever Wrestling Training. To some people that may not seem like a lot. But for me it was a dream that was put on hold because of my mental health.

Fitness, whatever form it may be, is a lifesaver. So please, if you don't can't afford to donate as I know times are hard, promise me you'll put on those running shoes and go for a run, a jog, a walk.... Get some fresh air, take some deep breaths and do something that'll make you feel amazing! 

And we are back!

Hello again! We are back for our third 10 mile run in a row! Last year we had the goal of completing the 10 minles in 2 hours, beating our record time of 2hours and 10 minutes. Unfortunately due to injury we didn't meet our goal but this year we are going to!

Our run will take place on friday the 6th of March! 

If you can please donate something small to help our veterans, the money goes to combat stress which is a charity that funds life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
