Eastham Group Practice March in March

07 Mar 2026

On Saturday 7th March members of Eastham Group Practice - A veteran friendly GP surgery on the Wirral, marched 10miles and raised £663 for Combat Stress.

Our journey started at Seacome Ferry at 07:30, we walked along the Wirral promenade passing many iconic landmarks, whilst looking across the River Mersey at the beautiful views of Liverpool.

We stopped in New Brighton for a quick toilet break and coffee before heading up towards our half way point - Leasowe bay.

On our return journey back to the start line we stopped off in the iconic Vale park for a photo opportunity with one of the five Mermaids from the Wirral Mermaid trail.

We completed our walk in just over 3 hours.
