Walking to Save Lives

Some people who have seen and/or been through unimaginable trauma sometimes can’t process their experiences. This can result in their trauma presenting itself years later in the form of nightmares and/or flashbacks. As it’s not expected, it can cause distress, confusion, anger, guilt, etc.
Combat Stress are here to treat you

The majority of the general public only see what is shown on the news during conflicts but that’s the tip of the iceberg.
Other traumatic events also happen when members of the Armed Forces are not away in conflict zones, such as physical and mental bullying, sexual assault, lethal incidents etc, that can also be the cause of PTSD.
Combat Stress provides therapy and support to help those affected.

Support our March in March

This year we will be taking on March in March to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

We are taking on March in March to help take vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Thank you so much for your support and together we march!
