I'm taking part in the Combat Stress Marathon in a Month challenge!

This year I will be taking in Marathon in a Month to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans. I will be walking hiking and running the distance!

This cause is very special to me as my Dad served two tours of Iraq and also served in Northern Ireland, Afghanistan, Germany, Cyprus and other places. He has seen the vital work that Combat Stress does to help veterans get the support they need.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

Thank you so much for your support.
