I’m an Army Veteran of 22 years, and this March I’m taking on March in March to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health support for fellow veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK’s leading charity for veterans’ mental health. For over a century, they’ve supported former servicemen and women dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they continue to provide specialist care to veterans from every service and every conflict.

By taking on March in March, I’m doing my part to help ensure that veterans can access the support they need—when they need it most.

Good afternoon all,

I’ve recently signed up to complete March in March on the 20^th March 2026, which is a ten mile walk to raise funds for the charity Combat stress on behalf of Kuehne-Nagel and I need your help!

Combat Stress is the UK’s leading charity for veterans’ mental health. For a century, they have helped former servicemen and women with complex mental health conditions such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety and depression.

Your donation will go towards ensuring veterans receive life-saving specialist treatment. Just £19 could provide an art therapy supplies pack – helping a veteran express their emotions, process trauma, and take a vital step forward in their recovery; £33 could provide a veteran with a session with a Peer Recovery Worker, offering support, guidance and reassurance from a fellow veteran who understands their recovery experience; and £115 could go towards paying for a veteran to have an appointment with a psychological therapist, helping them process and make sense of their trauma to support their recovery.
