I'm taking part in the Combat Stress 100 Miles in May challenge
This year I will be taking on 100 Miles in May as part of Team TAB, to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
I’m taking vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Friday 17th May 17 days, a fair amount raised!, and 94 miles smashed out in that time is unreal, way ahead of target and I’m going to continue to aim to keep it that way.Day 14
Tuesday 14th May 70 miles in after today I think we will hit 76 miles!, doing well, I am genuinely knackered nowadays getting up in the mornings after smashing 4 milers consistently with walking miles as well, but it’s great to be raising money, getting the support doing so whilst doing it and giving back to veterans. Thursday 2nd May 6.5 miles in total completed today , 3 walking and 3 and a half running roughly.Day 1- 9 miles
Wednesday 1st May Productive day today, smashed out some serious mileage by walking around the barracks, this was then followed with a sports afternoon nearly 5 mile run!Donations.
Monday 29th Apr We haven't even started yet, and already we have raised an outstanding 110 pound just two days in.Beginning!
