I am raising vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
As a group of military healthcare workers based in Aldershot at Frimley Park Hospital, this charity is close to many of our hearts. We will be running, walking and cycling for a period of 24hrs starting on the 4th August. The challenge will continue throughout the night, aiming to cover a total of 850 miles which is the equivalent distance between the various Joint Hospital Group units around the country! We hope to raise a total of £850 for Combat Stress and would be extremely grateful for any donations!
