Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

Our Challenge is simple in terms of rules, but not simple in terms of completion. Teams of 6 will race to complete 25,000 press ups in the quickest time, only rule is, only one person per team can do a press up at any time, and they need to be full press ups.
The first team to reach 25,000 wins. Lets just break that down, if done equally, each team member has to complete 4,166 press ups in one afternoon.
