I am raising vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
Combat Stress are the UK’s leading charity for veterans’ mental health.
For over a century, they’ve helped former servicemen and women deal with trauma-related mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) a subject close to my heart.
They’re on a mission to raise awareness that invisible injuries can be just as hard to cope with as physical ones. So when a veteran is having a tough time, they’re there to help them tackle the past and take on the future.
In March 2025 I'll be joining Trident Adventure on a ski tour through vast unforgiving terrain from Sweden into Norway and back across isolated scenery and Europe’s last great wilderness. We'll be following an original WW2 path in the footsteps of a special forces insertion route.
The trip is self funded and 100% of donations are headed to Combat Stress to help them deliver their amazing support services.
