Day One!

So this is the beginning of my journey.  I would consider myself to be pretty fit but I have eaten badly since Christmas and I now need to shred. I am weighing in at 12 12 so my target is 11 6.  I sit comfortably at 12 2 these days!  I go to the gym twice a week and walk a fair bit but that will be vamped up along with intermittent fasting/no sugar/high protein.  I know I will lose a lot in the first week as a lot of what you see is water retention.  Then it will be tough!  I’m putting myself out here so please sponsor what you can.  Many thanks.x

Please Support my March in March and Body Transformation!

This year I will be taking on March in March with a twist!  By the end of March I will not only walk/jog 10 miles in one day (to Highcliffe and back in my CS gear) but I will also aim to lose 20lbs!  Photos will be uploaded. I will do a diet overhaul whilst strength training and boxing to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.  I will walk on either 30th or 31st March.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking on March in March to help take vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.
