My target 10 kms
I am raising vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
On 20th December 2025 WO2 Mathew Moores and Sgt Lee Collett will be taking part in the Portsmouth 10Km Santa Fun Run, however we will be doing so in 'Combat Fighting Order' carrying 15Kg each in our day sacks, whilst conducting a Casualty Extraction on a Casualty Simulation manikin round the 10Km route.
We aim to raise both awareness and funds for Combat Stress, a magnificent charity who do amazing work for veterans in need.
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
We are taking on vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.
