March in March for Combat Stress

On Saturday 21st March, I’m taking on March in March to raise money for Combat Stress, a charity that provides vital mental health support to veterans across the UK. Their work helps former servicemen and women cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, conditions that can linger long after their time in uniform. They’ve been supporting veterans for over a century, and their services remain just as essential today.

To make my challenge a little tougher and a lot more meaningful, I’ll be completing a 10‑mile walk while wearing some of my husband’s military uniform. It’s a small way to honour the weight, both physical and emotional, that so many veterans carry long after their service ends.
