Support my challenge
This year I will be taking on Race to the Tower to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
I’m taking on vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.
Thank you so much for your support.
Update!!Tuesday 1st Feb Training is progressing well after a bit of a hiccup in the leadup to Christmas after hurting my back doing of all things....loading a Christmas Tree into my van. Currently doing 3 Cardio Sessions and 4-5 Resistance Sessions per week which is paying off nicely. Getting much stronger which I'll certainly need for the Challenge. Massive thanks to BenPTPryke for his Fitness Programing and patience when I'm constantly asking questions and looking or advice. I'm going to do another Tabbing Session as soon as I'm confident my back is strong enough. Donations are coming in nicely so thank you for that. I'm planning a Auction of Promises that will be taking place before June so watch out for details on that. Share
1st Training TABSunday 14th Nov I carried out my first TAB yesterday which was pretty tough highlighting just how much hard work that lays ahead but having said that 15miles carrying 20kg in 2hrs 30mins is good going. The route was pretty much flat but it's something to build upon. Share
