A step at a time

I will be walking 36km in November to raise funds for Combat Stress. The route is from Aldershot to Portsmouth, which is where 2 of 3 Departments of Community Mental Healthcare that provide mental healthcare for serving members of the Armed Forces are located. A team of personnel from these are raising funds for Combat Stress and I am joining them. I work in the Portsmouth one.  Some of our ‘customers’ will ultimately become veterans and will seek care from Combat Stress and so the link we have with this charity that has been serving veterans since 1919…..

Support my Race to Remember

This year I will be taking part in Race to Remember to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking on Race to Remember to help take vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Thank you so much for your support.
