100 Miles in May

My Activity Tracking

My target 100 mi

Made it....

Made it - with a couple of days to spare!

Not only that but the last few miles were done underwater given the amount of rain we've been enjoying this 'summer'....!

Until the next one......!!

On track

20 days in and still on track. Still a bit cautious though - I've been here before and struggled a bit on the run in .!

Nevertheless, still quietly confident- today anyway....!!

Getting hotter.....

11 days in - 39 miles completed. Not too bad and pretty much on track.

The weather is getting hotter though so that should make things 'interesting'....!

Not sure if carrying a couple of cold ones is all that sensible but time will tell....

Up and running...

5 days in and a total of 16 miles done. Pretty much on target. Will get back to better days now that the Bank Holiday weekend has been and gone....!

I'm taking on 100 Miles in May for Combat Stress

This year I'm taking on 100 Miles in May to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Thank you so much for your support.
