My target 253 kms
I am raising vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
One Kilometre, One Life – 253 km this November. One mission: to help save lives.
Every kilometre is for someone who should still be here.
November is a month of remembrance. We remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to their country, but we must also remember the veterans who come home carrying battles that others cannot see.
Having served in the British Army myself, this is a cause that means a great deal to me. Leaving the military and adjusting to civilian life can be difficult, and behind every statistic are real people, families, friends and futures that should never have been lost.
This November, I’ll be running 253 km to raise money for veterans’ mental health and suicide prevention, fitting the kilometres around long working days and pushing through when it gets tough.
Every kilometre has a purpose: to support those who are struggling, help people access the support they need, and remind veterans that they don’t have to face their battles alone.
Whether you can donate £5, £10 or simply share this fundraiser, every bit of support makes a difference.
If this challenge helps even one person find the support they need, every kilometre will have been worth it.
Better days are still possible. Let’s help more veterans reach them.
One Kilometre. One Life.
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
I’m taking on vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.
Thank you so much for your support.
