Thank you to everyone who donated! Together we raised over £1400 for the charity.

However, this wasnt about me. It was about serving and exforces leavers who struggle with stress, ptsd, anxiety and mental adversity all round.

Thank you for helping me give back to a charity that meant so much.

Together weve helped the next person.

I am raising vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

After 11 years, I left the forces. I felt steadfast, prepared and outward thinking, confident to make every success of myself.

What followed was one of the hardest 12 months of my life mentally, it cost me opportunity, relationships, my physical health and my mental health also.

Charities like these are silent heroes, people who we can lean on to keep us going when struggling with the deepest, darkest corners of our minds.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

It’s a precarious time, so please make sure you can support yourself first and foremost!

But! If you find yourself feeling a little flush, throw some change in for a decent cause and help those who served and continue to serve in the defence of our way of life.
