I'm taking on 100 Miles in May for Combat Stress

This year I'm taking on 100 Miles in May to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

I will be completing the Jurassic Coast Ultra challenge on May 17th, covering 60 miles and climbing 2,300 meters in elevation in under 24 hours. My target is 17 - 19 hours. The remaining 40 miles will be made up by participating in the Frimley Park Hospital 10 km race and various training runs and hikes prior to this, the Ultra Challenge. There is live tracking for the Ultra if anyone wishes to see me suffer :-)

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

Thank you so much for your support.
