So, the event WE are going to do is a Biathlon style event with firstly a 300m swim followed by a 5km run or Iford the adaptive athletes who will use a bike 10km. 

This is a ALL INCLUSIVE event;
If you are not a great swimmer use kayak, Paddle board,  Canoe ect ect 
IF 
Ypure a adaptive athlete use a hand cycle and in exceptional circumstances the able bodied participant COULD use a bike but please clear through me.
