I am raising vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
I will be completing one of the hardest multi fitness events in the country. It consists of 24 km across the highest peaks of mountain terrain in Brecon while carrying 20kg . The route climbs to the summit of Pen y Fan via Story Arms the highest mountain in southern Britain, before descending along the Roman Road and turning around to climb the mountain all over again.
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
I’m taking on vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need by completing the Brecon Fan Dance hike in July of 2026.
